Who we are
True Bite Denture Clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides denture design, fabrication, repair, relining and adjustment services from Suite 1/936 Anzac Parade, Maroubra NSW 2035. We are a small clinic run by Dental Prosthetist Jan Baduria.
Information we collect
When you contact, book with, or attend the clinic we may collect your name, phone number, email address, appointment history, and dental-care notes needed to deliver the service you request. This site is informational; the contact form on this website passes your name, email address and message to a third-party form delivery service (FormSubmit), which delivers them to the clinic so it can respond to your enquiry.
How we use it
We use personal information to confirm and attend appointments, provide denture services, record treatment notes, and comply with Australian health-record obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Sharing & security
Information may be shared with payment processors (e.g. HICAPS), and only where necessary for the delivery of your care. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No system is 100% secure; contact us immediately if you believe your information has been mishandled.
